Why Support WC2 does the Circle Line. On foot.?

Interns at Cancer Research UK in WC2 (Lincoln's Inn Fields and Princes House) are taking on the interns in NW1 (Cambridge Terrace and Albany House) to undertake an overground walk of the Circle Line! http://www.adcq.co.uk/gmaps/circle.html That's 15 miles and 6-7 hours of walking all in aid of raising money towards this project to help beat cancer. We will start at Bank station by the memorial statue to Henry James Greathead before heading down to Monument for the first stop. One of the pioneers of the London Underground, Greathead died of stomach cancer in 1896 but his engineering work lived on to help create what we have today. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Henry_Greathead WC2 shall be walking eastward (as our offices are further east than the others) and the others will go the other way. We will also be dressing up - code yet to be decided - and meeting the other team half way round for lunch before racing to the finish for victory drinks! Finally, we are hoping to keep supporters updated with a live Twitter feed on the day and uploading pictures of the stations as we go round, so you can follow the progress of the teams as we complete this task on the day.
