Lymphoma fighters, You need me and I need you
I was brought sad news by my brother that his best friends a family friend of ours had been diagnosed with cancer, immediatley my heart sunk and all these thoughts came flashing through my head and for a minuite i stopped and thanked my Lord for my health, my life, my mother and father and all my loved ones that i still have here with me today. myself, mother and brother visited his friend at the hospital and it was positive attitude that kept my faith up, he joked, he cried, he was so thankful for our support. i looked around at my surroundings and it hurt me to see all the fighters around me and their beautiful families supporting these young people again i thanked God i was healthy. he was diagnoed with Non-hogdkins Lymphoma and it has spreaded across the whole of his body, his lump is so close to his spine the doctors said it could cause him to be paralysed. they need us and we need them, well atleast i need them this for me an eye opener which words cannot explain we need to show and support people with cancer in every way possible, you dont know how far your help could go.

Non Hodgkin's lymphoma
Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is the sixth most common cancer in the UK. Professor Andrew Pettitt’s pioneering clinical trial is looking to discover whether a new combination of drugs could be effective in treating older people with the disease, providing a treatment with fewer side effects.
