hi all thank you for taking the time to look at my fundraiser!!! I'm riding a 10 mile sponsored ride on sat 30th june on my pony Charlie to raise money for cancer research. Specifically for funding research into sarcoma treatments as we tragically lost our wonderful Reggy to this awful illness just last year and he was only 28. With more research into this rare form of cancer associated with young people,lives will be saved. Please sponsor me, if only a pound, for this very worthwhile cause as me and charlie 'ride for reggy!!'
CAUSE
Sarcoma
Sarcomas are cancers that develop from any of the supporting tissues in the body, such as muscle or fat. That means they can develop and grow almost anywhere. Each year around 3,300 people are diagnosed with soft tissue sarcoma in the UK – that’s around 9 cases diagnosed every day. Donations can help Cancer Research UK find out what causes them and develop better, kinder treatments to improve the outlook for patients.
