I have someone very close who suffers with grade 4 lymphoma. who has battled for 3years and has now got secondary cancers of the liver and the bowel. they are struggling for funding in his area for the new pain relief to help control the pain. I feel usless watching this person suffering. life for him will end soon and I feel this is.my way of trying to get some help to get more money for cancer research so we can find more pain relief for patients suffering. Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is the sixth most common cancer in the UK. Professor Andrew Pettitt’s pioneering clinical trial is looking to discover whether a new combination of drugs could be effective in treating older people with the disease, providing a treatment with fewer side effects.
