Around the coast in 11 weeks!
My colleagues and I have assembled to take on the English coast line in aid of Cancer Research UK! We will complete the equivalent distance of 5581 miles in 11 weeks through cycling, running and swimming. Boosting our health and fitness, improving our team spirit but most importantly supporting a great cause. We aim to achieve this through group events for running, cycling and swimming along with individual exercise. Thank you to everyone who donates!
