Remember Joyce
Two weeks ago (October 2015) my sister Joyce passed away. She started to become ill in November 2014. She was diagnosed with Ovarian cancer. After 3 months of chemotherapy she then had an hysterectomy. Then another 3 months of chemotherapy. The treatment wasnt working and the cancer spread to other organs in her body. Ovarian cancer can be well establised before any noticable symptoms arise. This must be one of the worst illnesses that a woman could be inflicted with and I really would not like to see any member of my family, friends or anyone else to have to suffer something like this. Please donate, however small, it all adds up and your donation could make a difference.
CAUSE
Ovarian cancer
Ovarian cancer is the fifth most common cancer in UK women, with more than 130 women every week told that they have the disease. It is often not diagnosed until it has spread, making it harder to treat. Help Cancer Research UK find new ways to detect ovarian cancer earlier and find better treatments.
