Lofty's Legacy

My Story

This page has been set up in memory of Lofty. Lofty died of a very rare tumour called Malignant Thymoma. it was so rare that by the time it was diagnosed it was already to late for him. Raising funds for rarer cancers may in the future lead to earlier diagnoses and a less final outcome for anyone with it.

CAUSE

IRCI

Rare cancers are varied and can be very different from each other, but they also have one important thing in common - it can be a real challenge for researchers to find enough patients to take part in clinical trials testing new treatments. Help Cancer Research UK boost research into rare cancers.
