Watch me jump out of a plane!

My Story

Yes I have agreed to jump out of an aeroplane! I would not be doing this but for my wonderful friend, Tash, who is undertaking a year's worth of fundraising for Cancer Research UK in order to support research into secondary breast cancer. Tash's story is a very sad one, finding out she has secondary breast cancer weeks after the loss of her newborn baby boy, but it is a story best told by Tash herself (see www.tashsbashes.co.uk). She is one heck of a person, an inspiration, and the least I could do is fling myself out of an areoplane (no panic, I will be strapped to an instructer) to try to support her in her goals. Please be generous because; (1) Tash deserves to raise as much money as possible (2) Jumping out of an areoplane is actually quite a scary thing to do ;-) Thank you so much for anything you can donate, it is much appreciated. CAUSE

Breast cancer

With almost 140 women diagnosed every day, breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK. And, although rarer, around 350 men are also diagnosed with breast cancer every year. The good news is more than two-thirds of women now survive 20 years or more. Help Cancer Research UK find new ways to diagnose and treat the disease.
