A Forefront to Pancreatic Cancer Research
After three and a half years battling against Pancreatic cancer, my mum sadly passed away on 12/8/2013. Please help the research that is currently being developed by Professor John Neoptelomus at The University of Liverpool. As many of you may know, my mum was born and bred in Liverpool, so this is even closer to our hearts. We have currently raised over £600 just from donations from the funeral which was held in Spain. Survival rates for pancreatic cancer remain stubbornly low in the UK, often because the disease is diagnosed late and is difficult to treat.
