I'll shave off my hair for cancer research

My Story

Seven years ago, my gradfather was lost to bowel cancer. It's mad knowing that now, just over half of my life has passed without him. After seeing the work of Steven Sutton, and how he managed to raise over £3M in his condition, I thought to myself why can I not do anything? At school everyone always moans about how long my hair is, so I figured if they want it gone, then they can help donate to a charitable cause. £250 isn't much, but at least it's something to assist research towards this horrible disease.

CAUSE

Bowel cancer

Over the past 40 years there's been dramatic progress in tackling bowel cancer and half of people diagnosed will now survive for at least 10 years. But with bowel cancer still claiming around 43 lives each day, more research still needs to be done. Help Cancer Research UK find new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat the disease.
