Hair today, gone tomorrow.
Shaving my head for charity :)) Lost my nana in April 2010 to oesophageal cancer, been wanting to do something to raise money for it ever since. Decided I wanted to shave my head, not only to raise money but to give my mum a break from having to do it every morning! Oesophageal cancer, which is more common in the UK than the European average, affects more than 8,000 people each year in the UK and the number is rising. Survival rates are poor compared with other types of cancer and only eight per cent of patients are alive five years after diagnosis. Also my hair is getting sent to the Little Princess Trust so it will get made into a wig for children suffering hair loss due to cancer treatment. Thank you very much for every single donation, every little helps :) You can also sponsor me in person, i'll have my sponsorship forms on me at school and probably where ever I go :) Had a overall target of £750 but managed to smash that target with only online donations, would like to thank you ALL for your generous donations to this, means so much to me :)
CAUSE

Oesophageal cancer rates are rising in the UK, and it's one of the hardest cancers to treat. It’s the sixth most common cause of cancer death and survival rates are poor. Help fund one of Cancer Research UK's top priorities – finding ways to improve survival from the disease.
