The Blog provides an opportunity for everybody to have their say on Phil and Jeff’s challenge. This is also a great way for family and friends to keep updated on progress at all stages and hopefully be entertained in the process.

To post your wise words, encouragement or abuse (nothing too offensive please), you will need to create a log-in with password etc. Click on ‘register’, enter your preferred username and E-mail address. You will then be sent a password which can be changed once you have logged-in for the first time. Please then click on ‘comment’ to add your bit if you wish. All contributions are welcome.

Once Phil & Jeff are in Nepal, there should be a running commentary on their efforts provided there are no problems with communication.
