Bluebell wood in Beacon Park, Lichfield
We planted 5000 bluebells on Sunday 11 March 2012, to create a Bluebell Wood in Beacon Park, Lichfield, Staffs.
Our aim is to raise awareness of the work of the charity, specifically the Birmingham Research Centre, while raising much-needed funds to continue this life-saving work.
We had over 120 people help with the planting. Donations and dedications are gratefully received! If we hit our target, we hope to do it again next year (at least to add to it).
We will update this page with photos of the bluebells when they come into flower in the Spring, so please keep coming back to check on our progress!
If you would like to donate "off-line", please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0779 083 7601 for details of where to send cash/ cheques to. Thank you.
