Fantastic!!! Thankyou so much everyone. Target reached adn beyond. We have also raised £2000 by cash donations! Amazing.

3 days to go until the big day. Nothing like a hamstring strain kicking a penny floater last week to add to the pain!! Emergency physio required.

Incredibly hard half marathon yesterday with Dean O'Brien.. Baking sun, up and down the northumberland hills. No more big runs thankfully but keeping the miles up... even with a post NUFC victory hangover!!...
